  Charge of the Conservation Commission  
 

The Conservation Commission, established by ordinance adopted
by Special Town Meeting February 26, 1963, is charged with the
development, conservation, supervision, and regulation of natural
resources, including water resources, within the territorial limits of
the town of Guilford, CT.

The commission meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month
(the third Wednesday in November and December) at 7:00 pm in
the Selectmen's Meeting Room on the second floor of Town Hall.
The public is invited to attend meetings to give public comments or
to observe the meetings and hear about the issues the commission
is discussing.

Commission Openings:
Residents who have an interest in and/or experience in environmental issues, environmental programs, natural resources, conservation, preservation and land management are encouraged to apply for open positions by calling the office of the first selectman at 203-453-8015.
